Benjamin, a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Oregon (#3382) has facilitated advanced CranioSacral Therapy (CST) since 1986. Gentle & non-invasive, CST is focused on supporting self-correction & balance. CranioSacral Therapy helps release abnormal tension in the connective tissue around the brain and spinal chord, the CranioSacral System (CSS), as well as facilitating synchronous and harmonious movement in the soft tissue of the entire body. During two decades of experience, Benjamin Bell has worked with a wide range of alter-abled clientele blending his diverse training and experience into an art form of its own right. Listening to the body’s story, this allows the release of abnormal & asymmetrical movement in all of the body’s connective tissue, creating balance in the mind/body and spirit.

Benjamin received specialized training for Infant CST in 1988 and has offered his "Welcome to the World" first session for babies under 3 months, free since 1998. Consequently working with over 2,200 babies to date. His education includes training at the School of Natural Healing (Springville, Utah), the Kushi Institute (Boston), Educational Kinesiology (Seattle), and the Upledger Institute (Palm Beach Gardens, Florida).
